Important Terms and Conditions

By using the services offered by Corbett Jungle Safari, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or inquiries.

1. Disclaimer

This website is not officially affiliated with Corbett National Park or Corbett Tiger Reserve. It is operated by a private travel company based in Ramnagar, offering curated wildlife safari packages to Jim Corbett.

2. Liabilities and Limitations

After finalizing the cost of the tour/service, any changes in permit fees, taxes, fuel charges, or guide fees as imposed by the Government of India will be charged additionally to the client.

Safari and hotel bookings are confirmed only upon receiving the full advance payment from the client. All safari participants must present their original government-issued ID cards (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport) at the entrance; no entry will be allowed without valid identification.

As a private tour operator, we facilitate safari and accommodation bookings in Jim Corbett, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

3. Tour Packages and Accommodation

The rates for the packages are based on the base category of rooms at the hotels or resorts. In case the selected room category is unavailable, the package price will be adjusted according to the room category available at the time of your stay.

4. Safari Services Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once a Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, or Elephant Ride booking is confirmed, the advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Hotel and Resort Booking Confirmation

Bookings can be made online through our website or directly at the reception (subject to availability).

Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM, check-out time: 11:00 AM. Government taxes are charged separately and will be levied according to the applicable rates during your stay. Any tax increase prior to check-in will be adjusted during checkout.

6. Booking Confirmation Policy

A minimum of 50% advance payment is required at least 15 days prior to check-in. For bookings made less than 15 days before arrival, the advance payment must be received within 2 working days to avoid automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Reservation confirmations are subject to the deposit being received via credit card authorization, bank transfer, or travel company voucher. A confirmation voucher will be issued once the deposit is processed.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Resort Booking or Tour Packages

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date: 75% refund or adjustment for a future booking.

Cancellations made 15-30 days before the check-in date: 25% refund or adjustment for a future booking.

Cancellations made 7-15 days before check-in: No refund, but adjustments can be made for future bookings.

Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in: No refund, 100% retention fee will apply. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-5 working days. Refunds can be processed via UPI, bank transfer, or credit card transfer.

If the payment was made through an online payment gateway, the refund process may take 10-15 working days.

8. Child Policy

Children under the age of 5 stay free when accompanied by parents.
Children aged 6-12 years will be charged 25% of the total package cost.
An extra adult sharing the same accommodation will incur a charge of 35% of the package cost.

9. Special Notes

During peak seasons (weekends, holidays like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year), individual hotel cancellation policies may apply, and these could differ from the standard policy.

Rates for hotels and safaris may vary during extended weekends and public holidays, and adjustments may be made accordingly.
